God put a dream in my heart to start 25 new churches over the next 25 years to reach unchurched people with the Gospel. Several years ago, a minister that I raised up twenty-five years ago spoke at our church and gave me a prophetic word from the Lord that God was calling me to start 2,500 churches, not the 25 that I had faith to start. 

 

Since that season of “wrestling” with God and embracing His vision, we have been able to help start 13 churches in Cuba, 23 in India, 1 in Zambia, 1 in Kenya, 32 in Honduras and getting ready to launch another 25 in India, plus we are looking for partners to help us start 48 more churches this year in Honduras.

 

The goal is to raise a $25M for an endowment fund is that we would invest in an interest bearing account that would provide income used to start new churches in perpetuity without touching the principle amount.

 

The plan is to help start 100 new churches a year, all around the world, where the need is great and the opportunities abound.

 

In 2025 we plan to help start 15 churches in Vietnam, 25 in India, and in the process of partnering on another project in Ethiopia to start 1,000 new churches.

 

Most of the new churches have been funded from the generosity and sacrifices from our local congregation, but to fulfill God’s vision of 2,500 new churches will require us to partner with believers across denominational and geographical boundaries.
